My giant Kawakawa leaves and Kōwhai Flowers are cut from pine, hand painted, embellished with gold leaf and sealed with a matte varnish.
I also source reclaimed wood depending on the scale of the project. I used reclaimed Rimu and Macrocarpa for my rainbow Kawakawa series
